1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account on IceOdds (iceodds.com) and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Responsible Gambling Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
To register and play on IceOdds you must: (a) be 19 years of age or older; (b) be physically located in Canada at the time of play; (c) not be on the AiGC or AGLC self-exclusion registry; (d) not be acting on behalf of another person; and (e) have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. We reserve the right to verify your eligibility at any time and suspend or close accounts that do not meet these requirements.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You may only hold one account on IceOdds. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated funds may be forfeited. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your account Cashier. All deposits must come from payment methods registered in your name. We reserve the right to request proof of ownership of payment methods. Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. We aim to process withdrawals within 24 hours of approval.
5. Betting Rules
All bets are subject to our applicable sport-specific betting rules. Bets are final once confirmed. We reserve the right to void bets in cases of obvious error, system malfunction, or where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or match manipulation. Winnings will be credited to your account balance after results are confirmed.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible markets, and expiry dates. Bonus terms are published on the relevant promotion page. We reserve the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Abuse of bonuses, including through multi-accounting or coordinated wagering, may result in account suspension.
7. Responsible Gambling
IceOdds is committed to responsible gambling. We offer deposit limits, time limits, wager limits, reality checks, cool-off periods, self-exclusion, and activity statements. Please see our Responsible Gambling Policy for full details. Gambling should be entertainment only. 8. Account Closure and Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting support. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, are involved in fraud or match manipulation, or are associated with self-excluded individuals. Any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the IceOdds Platform, including logos, graphics, software, and text, is the property of IceOdds Canada Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IceOdds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. Our total liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your account at the time of the relevant incident.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.
